Returns for Unopened, Undamaged Items
If you've changed your mind or no longer need the item, we also accept returns under these conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Local Delivery (Richmond Hill & Markham Only)
We’re pleased to offer local delivery for customers located in Richmond Hill and Markham, Ontario.

A flat fee of $6.99 for orders under $50
To qualify, your shipping address must be within Richmond Hill or Markham. Local delivery will automatically appear as an option at checkout if eligible.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada, along with free shipping thresholds by region:
